Why did you start a blog?
This blog is a tool for my emotional and mental growth. I’ve struggled with a panic disorder for a few years, and writing truly helps with my anxiety. The blog is cathartic but also helpful in sorting my thoughts and emotions. It assists in learning who and what I’m really about.
But why a blog?
I journal as well, but often, I do not reflect on my previous writings. Having others view and comment is helpful on this journey. Plus what a great way to reach others who may be struggling as well.
